The project tries to solve the problem of office workers in fast-growing economies getting tired of their jobs. The project recognizes that micro-breaks can help prevent burnout and looks into how short films, music, and documentaries can be used to improve mental health and work performance. It is stressed that nature and animal-themed media can make people feel better. So, the project suggests a design that puts virtual tame animals like cats, birds, and horses into augmented reality (AR) settings to help release stress and keep workers healthy.
